Remember back when a gallon of gas was $2? Nearly everything has gone up in price, and I can’t even find a good latte for under $5 anymore. (Sorry, first-world problem)
Anyway, the cost of a WW membership hasn’t been spared from inflation either. WW has done a respectable job of keeping their plans affordable, but you don’t see their $5 per month membership much anymore.
The good news is that even if the $5/month deal isn’t live, you’ll find other great promotions like $10 per month and up to 3 months free. Here’s their $5 promotion and be sure to compare the savings against their other featured offers here.
WW $5 offers: $5/month | Black Friday Sale
The WW $5 a Month Promotion is Here:
Weight Watchers often has a promotion that includes $5 per month for the first 3 months. However, you might find an even better deal like their 3 months free promotion which saves an extra $5 a month for the first 3 months.
Here’s what you should know about the sporadic $5-a-month deal.
Black Friday $5/mo. Offer is Here:
While no one knows exactly what the Weight Watchers Black Friday deal will be this year, it is often a “$5 per month” offer for your first 6 months. If it’s the Friday after Thanksgiving, you’ll find the WW Black Friday offer here:
Weight Watchers for Only $5 Per Month?! Look for $5 Friday:
Do you know how you probably paid a different price for your plane ticket than the person sitting next to you? It’s kind of the same concept with Weight Watchers. Their featured deal changes every few days, and sometimes an unbelievable offer comes along like their elusive $5 Friday promotion:
As you can see, for one day you can get the first 3-6 months of your membership for only $5 per month. The $5 deal pops up unexpectedly on Fridays such as Black Friday and Cinco de Mayo.
The $5 per month deal is very rare and usually only lasts for one day, so if you see it, I strongly suggest you take advantage of it.
Is $5 Per Month the Best Deal?
The $5 per month deal lasts a maximum of 6 months. If the $5 promotion also waives the signup fee, then it could be the best deal out there for 6 months. However, the $10 per month offer lasts up to 10 months and will save you more over that longer period, and their 3 months free deal might save you even more.
Tip: Students, teachers, and NYC employees can join WW at a special monthly rate as low as $7. While it’s not $5 a month, the low rate lasts the life of your subscription.
$5 Per Month: Bad News, Good News
Is the Weight Watchers $5 a month deal still available? The WW $ 5-a-month deal is very rare, so there’s no telling when it will be available.
However, the good news is that there are better deals out there that may include today’s featured promotion at www.weightwatchers.com/us/plans-franchise.
Tip: Not all WW offers are equal. If you aren’t saving at least 50% consider waiting for a better deal to join!
In any event, if you’re patient you can get a pretty sweet deal on a WW membership. If you don’t mind commitment, the 6-month plans are always better.
